Bonuses

We periodically hand out bonuses for stories that generate traffic to thepanelist.net

Until we have a reasonable writer revenue sharing plan in place, we will pay bonuses to non-staff writers whose stories generate the most links or traffic at The Panelist.  As we perfect the plan we will post more details here.

In the meantime, we encourage writers to increase their chances of generating traffic for their stories by:

1. Classifying your article in del.icio.us, digg and hugg.

2. Linking to your article from all your personal social networking sites, such as MySpace, Facebook, LinkedIn and Yahoo!360.

3. Submitting your article to highly used blog aggregators, like SeekingAlpha for trading ideas or TreeHugger for green
issues.

To increase search ranking for your article, make sure the link words you use include the subject of your article. Linking with the words "See my article here" doesn't work as well as, for example, "Why Microsoft stock is going to decline."
